You may remember a blog post earlier this year (March 8 2008 ) that contained a forecast of five upcoming business opportunities in the Middle East this year (click here for post). Last Week, one of the five business tips was confirmed by Zawya.com and Klaus Leirer of Emirates Environmental Technology.

According to the waste management expert, at least 50 new recycling plants are needed to deal with construction waste in Dubai. This corresponds to opportunity number four in my Middle East business trends post.
