Actually, I think this website, while creative-and interesting-to those of us in the biz, is not effective.
The ‘error 404 page not found’ is encountered way too much on the web. And since this web page spoofs that error message, and because web surfers are notoriously impatient, many of it’s visitors will click away before giving the site a second glance.
So, no, in my opinion it’s not effective, I’d love to get some stats from westwayne.
